The objective of having weekly AHM’s is to focus and rally on the company’s goals. With the evolution of AHM’s over the years, the core objective still lies in answering questions, communicating plans and rejoicing over the progress that we have made - this being if we have a successful meeting.
At Skcript we make sure everyone gains something at the end of the meeting. We bear in mind we don’t dump data but rather communicate what has been done and what we pertain to do. The organizer of the meeting has the agenda of what is to be discussed and thrives not to waste time. Concise meetings are appreciated and creates a deeper impact.
Rejoicing over the progress we have made or the success we have attained and reviewing our goals for the upcoming week are some of the key points we bear in mind. Everyone as a team should be aware of what we are working towards.
