If you look at things more closely, Apple doesn’t have the largest product selection. Amazon isn’t the most prestigious. But people still buy from them for entirely different reasons - their products are bought because Apple and Amazon still remain the best option available for their target customers, and these two giants haven’t given their customers reasons to think otherwise.
