Sales Process

At Skcript, we follow a very simple and straightforward sales process. We’re here to build products and services that is relevant even after 20 years. To achieve that, revenue plays a crucial role in surviving through the sands of time.

This simple sales process has worked for us so far:

• People reach out to us through various touch points
• We get back to them within 8 working hours to setup a call; we believe that talking to them directly is way better than transacting and closing the deals via email
• Based on the requirements, we evaluate the customers; to see if we are a good fit for them or vice versa
• Once done, we schedule another meeting to understand where they are going forward with this and what they would like to achieve
• Settle on the important deliverables with the customer
• Estimate the development time and come up with the proposal
• Sign the contract and proposal
• Initial payment comes through and
• The greatness begins

Every sales process looks beyond just the deal that has been closed today. For the deals that were lost, we still make sure the lost customers are in touch with us. Our newsletters and other important company updates are pushed to them every now and then. Apparently, when a customer dreams about building a great product in the future, Skcript has to be their only choice.
