Failure is a word that has been overblown and encouraged. It is also perceived as something negative and unfortunately, we think the word failure has grabbed a lot of attention than anything else in your career.
There is no such thing called failure. There’s only learning.
Failure is when you stop fighting for what you want to achieve. Learning is when you continue the battle and push through the crowd to reach what you want to achieve. It is a process, not a one-off feeling with which you can settle down.
If you just look around, there are a ton of talks about handling failure. Unfortunately, the industry has grown to encourage you to fail. But here at Skcript, we perceive failure as a state of mind. You have the power to control it, change it and move on.
If someone is telling you that they failed and they’re proud of it, shake hands with them and move on.
Always remember that you are stronger than you think you are.
