We believe that Skcript’s Discourse is our big step into supporting the community. Though there are a ton of random discussions on Allt about growing our Discourse community, Jeff Atwood’s tutorial on Building a Discourse Community seems to be a good place for you to start.
You can use the Bootstrapping time to contribute to Discourse. Each and every engineer maintains their own Category on Discourse.
For example, Pankaj Harita, our Program Manager manages the Program Management category of Discourse. It is her responsibility to make sure all the queries are answered within a day’s time and they are resolved as well.
